We can import your data from TM2 into your Power Diary account!
- Practices are frequently moving from TM2 to Power Diary, and as such, we have invested in developing a streamlined process for importing TM2 Data, which allows our Team to prepare your data for import in a more efficient and timeous manner.
- We want to make your move from TM2 as seamless and pain-free as possible. Once you have made the decision to move over to Power Diary, we are able to assist with importing data into your Power Diary account as a once-off complimentary service. There are no charges associated with the import.
- If your migration to Power Diary is time sensitive, please contact us at support@powerdiary.com to discuss the option of booking your import in with our Team, to ensure that it gets the priority that it needs.

Important: Please read through the above articles as they contain information generic to all data imports/migrations, but not included in this TM2-specific article. If you have any questions that aren't answered in any of these articles, we encourage you to contact us.
We can import the following TM2 data:
based on previous TM2 imports conducted by our Team, we can import:
- Customers (as clients)
- Extended Notes (into the additional comments section of the client profile)
- Groups (as third parties)
- Medical contacts (as contacts)
- Stock (as products or services)
- Appointments (including client and personal appointments)
- Invoices, billing items and payments
- Treatment, case, pain annotation, modality and assessments (as clinical notes)

* If there is any other data that is of particular importance to you, to have imported, and has not been mentioned in the above list, please let us know, and our Team can check your data to try to locate that data and ascertain if it is viable for import.
Exporting your data from TM2
You will need to contact TM2 support and request a full export of your TM2 data. You may need to allow some time for them to process this request, so please contact them ahead of your scheduled switch-over date.
Important Notes
- Password: If TM2 provides you with a password for unlocking your data export please ensure that the file is unlocked prior to sending it to us. Otherwise, please include the password for unlocking the data in the note when uploading, or via email. If the password is not provided this will delay our ability to access the data and start working on it.
- In addition to what has been discussed above, we do recommend that you read all generic "Important notes" relevant to importing your data, as documented here as there are relevant learnings and important information relevant to your data import that you need to be aware of.
