Exporting your data from Mindbody
You will need to perform a subscriber export from MindBody as detailed in the MindBody support article here. We recommend that you export all available data and provide it to us so that we can accurately map the data for import.
- Financial data has proven to be unreliable and the full relationship between invoices and payments is not fully represented in the data provided, as such we are unable to import this information into Power Diary.
- In addition to what has been discussed above, we do recommend that you read all generic "Important notes" relevant to importing your data, as documented here as there are relevant learnings and important information relevant to your data import that you need to be aware of.
