* If there is any other data that is of particular importance to you, to have imported, and has not been mentioned in the above list, please let us know, and our Team can check your data to try to locate that data and ascertain if it is viable for import.
The following data cannot be imported from Mindbody:
- Financial data (invoices and payments)
Exporting your data from MindBody
You will need to perform a subscriber export from MindBody as detailed in the MindBody support article on their website. We recommend that you export all available data and provide it to us so that we can accurately map the data for import.
If you are unsure how to export your data from MindBody, please reach out directly to their support team as they would be best placed to assist you with this.
Important Notes
- Financial data has proven to be unreliable and the full relationship between invoices and payments is not fully represented in the data provided, as such we are unable to import this information into Power Diary.
- In addition to what has been discussed above, we do recommend that you read all generic "Important notes" relevant to importing your data, as documented here as there are relevant learnings and important information relevant to your data import that you need to be aware of.
