Sending Letters Securely
Export Power Diary letters to Microsoft Word and use the Medical-Objects plugin to securely send letters to healthcare providers. Learn how to set it up.
Using the export to Word feature, you are able to generate letters created in the Client's file and then use available plugin Medical-Objects in Word, to send the letter securely to health care providers.
You will require a subscription with Medical-Objects in order to use their plugin inside of Microsoft Word. Medical-Objects have some information about their plugin available here.
To export a Power Diary letter into Word you will need to follow these steps:
- In the client profile access the Communication area and click "New Letter"
- Either select a letter template or create the letter on this screen.
- Once you are finished, click 'Save'
- Click 'Word' to generate the letter in Microsoft Word
