Editing Reminders For Individual Clients

There might be situations where you're sending reminders to all of your clients but one wouldn't like to receieve them, or asked to get an extra one thrown in. You can edit the reminder preferences of individual clients to cater to their needs. 

Turning Appointment Reminders On or Off for an Individual Client

  1. Access the client's record (use the main search function).
  2. On the sub-menu to the left go to Profile > Appointment Reminders.
  3. Tick or untick Automatically Send Appointment Reminders as required.
  4. Click Save.

Changing the Appointment Reminder Timing or Template for an Individual Client

  1. Follow steps 1 & 2 as above.
  2. Alter the template and number of sending days prior to the appointment as desired.
  3. Click Save.
