How To Create An Invoice
Here’s how to create an invoice in Power Diary:
Step 1: Create a new appointment - or if you already have, click on an existing one. The Appointments Panel will open up.
Step 2: Once it opens, add/edit any details you want and scroll down to the bottom until you see Appointment Details. There, you’ll find the option to ‘Select a Service, Pack or Product’.
You can create a new service, pack or product by going to Setup → Services, Setup → Session Packs or Setup → Products.

That’s it. Based on the information you added in the Appointments Panel, Power Diary will automatically create an invoice for you.
How To Edit An Invoice
After you create an invoice within an appointment, you can edit it as well.
Simply click on the appointment whose invoice you’d like to edit. The Appointments Panel will open. Scroll down to the bottom until you see Invoice.
Here, you’ll find the edit icon in the shape of a pen/pencil.
Click on it.
A separate window will open up where you will be able to make edits to the invoice such as:
- Add/remove a service, product or sessions pack.
- Add an insurer.
- Add a payment method.
… and more. Here, you can even delete the invoice as well and start again.
Make the edits you want and Power Diary will automatically save the changes.
