Telehealth Lite

Our Telehealth Lite plan offers a simple and secure connection between a practitioner and their patient. Here are its key features:
  • Direct Connection: Facilitates one-on-one video sessions between a practitioner and a patient, perfect for personal consultations.
  • Screen Sharing: This feature enables practitioners to share their screens with patients during appointments, enhancing communication.
  • Easy Access: Patients can join sessions with a unique link sent by their practitioner, bypassing the need for additional logins or software downloads.
  • Compatibility: Our Telehealth Lite solution operates on almost all devices, including laptops, smartphones, and tablets, provided they have a camera and microphone.
  • Pricing: This feature is included with your Power Diary subscription at no extra cost.

Telehealth Plus+

Telehealth Plus+ provides additional functionalities, enhancing the virtual healthcare experience for both practitioners and patients. Its key features include:
  • Flexible Sessions: Telehealth Plus+ supports both one-on-one and group sessions, accommodating diverse consultation and meeting requirements.
  • Enhanced Screen Sharing: Amplified screen-sharing capabilities promise seamless and interactive virtual consultations.
  • In-Session Chat & File Share: Real-time text communication and file sharing during sessions enable efficient information exchange.
  • Device Friendly: Telehealth Plus+ is compatible with both mobile and desktop devices.
  • Customizable Backgrounds: Enhance your video backdrop with a selection of designs or opt for a blurred background for increased privacy.
  • Waiting Room & Tech Check: Patients will check in via a virtual waiting room, and Telehealth Plus+ will verify their video and audio settings before the session begins, ensuring a smooth consultation.
  • Seamless Communication: The Telehealth Plus+ link can be automatically incorporated into reminders and client communications.
  • Pricing: Each account will have 100 participant* minutes for free each month, and a minimal per-participant* per-minute charge will apply for this feature. Billing for this feature commenced on 1st September 2023.

    Participants are all participants of a Telehealth Plus+ session, including the practitioner/host.
