      Telehealth Lite and Telehealth Plus+ Supported Devices and Browsers

      Ensure optimal performance for Power Diary Telehealth Lite and Telehealth Plus+. Learn which browsers to use and stay updated for a seamless experience.

      With Power Diary Telehealth Lite and Telehealth Plus+, most modern devices will work fine. It's important to ensure your browser is up-to-date and the internet connection is strong. 

      Here is a summary of the browsers to use for each operating system:

      Telehealth Lite

      Important

      • *Edge must be version 80.x or higher.
      • **Apple does not give other browsers access to the camera meaning you must use Safari on iOS iPhone/iPads.

      We have tested our latest version of Telehealth Plus+ with the following minimum devices and browsers:

      Mobile

      • iPhone OS 14.4 with Safari
      • Android with Chrome

      Tablet

      • iPad OS 14.4 with Safari
      • iPad OS 14.4 with Chrome

      Notebook and Desktop

      macOS

      • Chrome v89
      • Firefox v78
      • Safari* v14.0.3

      *Known Safari Limitation

      When sharing your screen with clients on Safari, you are only able to show your entire screen - no option to choose is provided by Apple.

      Windows 10

      • Chrome
      • Edge (Must be version 80 or higher)
      • Firefox

      Telehealth Plus+

      Known limitations:

      *Currently, background effects work only on Chrome and Edge, not Firefox or Safari.

      Safari Limitations

      **When sharing your screen with clients on Safari, you can only show your entire screen - no option to choose other tabs is provided by Apple.

      **Apple does not allow other browsers access to the camera meaning you must use Safari on iOS iPhones/iPads.

      Android Mobile Issue

      Sometimes it happens that Telehealth Plus+ appears only to use the rear camera, not the front one. On mobile, we do not have the available settings to change this. This can be fixed, however, by temporarily switching to Desktop view, changing the camera setting and then switching back to mobile view.

      We have tested Telehealth Plus+ with the following minimum devices and browsers:

      • iPhone OS 16.1.x with Safari
      • Android with Chrome
      • Android with Firefox
      • Android with Edge

      Tablet

      • iPad OS 16.5.1 with Safari
      • iPad OS 16.5.1 with Chrome

      Notebook and Desktop

      macOS

      • Chrome v112  (The latest version would be better)
      • Firefox v115  (The latest version would be better)
      • Safari v16.1  (The latest version would be better)

      Windows 10 & 11

      • Chrome Latest version
      • Edge Latest version
      • Firefox (The latest version would be better)
