Telehealth Lite and Telehealth Plus+ Supported Devices and Browsers
With Power Diary Telehealth Lite and Telehealth Plus+, most modern devices will work fine. It's important to ensure your browser is up-to-date and the internet connection is strong.

Important
- *Edge must be version 80.x or higher.
- **Apple does not give other browsers access to the camera meaning you must use Safari on iOS iPhone/iPads.

Known Safari Limitation
When sharing your screen with clients on Safari, you are only able to show your entire screen - no option to choose is provided by Apple.

Safari Limitations
**When sharing your screen with clients on Safari, you can only show your entire screen - no option to choose other tabs is provided by Apple.
**Apple does not allow other browsers access to the camera meaning you must use Safari on iOS iPhones/iPads.
Android Mobile Issue
Sometimes it happens that Telehealth Plus+ appears only to use the rear camera, not the front one. On mobile, we do not have the available settings to change this. This can be fixed, however, by temporarily switching to Desktop view, changing the camera setting and then switching back to mobile view.
