  2. Select "Add Location"
  3. Enter the Location Name, Email, Address, and any Additional Invoice Text you would like to appear on invoices that are specific to this location.
  4. Location Notes can be linked to your communication templates, including appointmentreminders and confirmations, by using the {AppointmentLocationNotes} merge field.
  5. Select the colour that you would like the location to appear as in rostered times on the calendar.
  6. Click "Save".

  1. Go to SetupCalendars → Select the calendar to edit.
  2. Click on 'Settings' on the left-hand side menu

  4. Click Save.

All new appointments entered in this calendar in times that are not rostered will now be assigned to the Default Location selected.

Hint 💡

Non-rostered times will be shown as the default grey colour in the calendar. These are times that have not been rostered as available for the calendar.
