Sending Letters Securely

You are able to generate letters created in the client's record into Microsoft Word and then use available plugins by Argus and Medical-Objects to send the letter securely to health care providers. 

You will require a subscription with either Argus or Medical-Objects in order to use their plugins. Medical-Objects have some information about their plugin available here.

To generate a letter in Word you will need to follow these steps:

1. In the client profile access the Communication area and click "New Letter"
2. Either select a letter template or create the letter on this screen.
3. Once you are finished, click 'Save'
4. Click 'Word' to generate the letter in Microsoft Word
