Sending Letters Securely

Using the export to Word feature, you are able to generate letters created in the Client's file and then use available plugins to Argus or Medical-Objects in Word, to send the letter securely to health care providers. 

You will require a subscription with either Argus or Medical-Objects in order to use their plugins inside of Microsoft Word. Medical-Objects have some information about their plugin available here.

To export a Power Diary letter into Word you will need to follow these steps:

1. In the client profile access the Communication area and click "New Letter"
2. Either select a letter template or create the letter on this screen.
3. Once you are finished, click 'Save'
4. Click 'Word' to generate the letter in Microsoft Word
