Uploading Files or Documents

  1. Go to the Client Details page (Right-click an appointment and select Client Details or use the Client Search Function)
  2. Go to Records > Files
  3. Select "Upload New File" and browse to the file location on your computer and select the file. 

 

 

Downloading Files or Documents

  1. Go to the Client Details page (Right-click an appointment and select Client Details or use the Client Search Function)
  2. Click Records > Files and then click on the name of the document you would like to download.

 

 

Deleting Uploaded Files or Documents

  1. Go to the Client Details page (Right-click an appointment and select Client Details or use the Client Search Function)
  2. Click on Records > Files and then click on the settings button next to the document you would like to delete.
  3. Click "OK" to confirm.

 

The Files are ordered descending based on the File Date.
