Uploading Files or Documents

  1. Go to the Client Details page (Right-click an appointment and select Client Details or use the Client Search Function)
  2. Select "Files" and then "Upload New File" and browse to the file location on your computer and select the file.
  3. Click Save.

 

Downloading Files or Documents

  1. Go to the Client Details page (Right-click an appointment and select Client Details or use the Client Search Function)
  2. Click "Files" and then "Open File" next the document you would like to download.

 

Deleting Uploaded Files or Documents

  1. Go to the Client Details page (Right-click an appointment and select Client Details or use the Client Search Function)
  2. Click on "Files" and then "Remove" next the document you would like to delete.
  3. Click "OK" to confirm.

 

The Files are ordered descending based on the File Date.
