On Monday 5th September our sms provider experienced a technical incident which involved them moving sending to a backup gateway. This may have resulted in a delay of a couple of hours for some SMS being sent, as well as this client replies that are to be forwarded to your mobile may have been triggered multiple times. The incident was resolved that day. We apologise for those who were effected by the incident and have credited any charges that were accumulated due to the duplicate replies received.
