We have introduced two new client appointment status': Arrived and Completed.
The Arrived status would typically be used to indicate when a client has arrived for their appointment and is ready to be seen.
The Completed appointment status would generally be used to indicate when the appointment has been completed and invoicing, payment and all processes relating to the appointment have been completed.
Of course, you are able to decide how you use these statuses depending on your particular business processes and what works best for your team.
Live Status Updating:
The calendar has been recently updated so that appointment changes are reflected live to all users. As an example, let's imagine that you are a provider and you are in your treatment room waiting for your client to arrive. When the client arrives, your receptionist greets them and then updates their appointment status to be 'Arrived'. If you are viewing the diary, you will see this status change, without needing to refresh the page!
