Logging into the Client Portal: Existing Clients

New Clients

If you are a new client (ie. have never had an appointment before) then you can follow the steps below to set up your client portal login so that you can book your first appointment. 

  1. Click Login
  2. Click Register
  3. Fill out the registration form and click 'Send SMS/Email Activation Code'
  4. Enter the code that was sent to you and complete the registration
  5. You can now login with your chosen username and password to book and manage appointments.

Existing Clients

If you are an existing client of the business, but haven't yet used the client portal you will need to select the 'First time here? Create or reset my login details' option to create your login information.

  1. Fill out the form, ensuring that the information that you have entered is the same as the business has on record for you.
  2. Select a password and confirm it.
  3. Click 'Get Verification Code' and enter the code
  4. You can now login with your chosen username and password to book and manage appointments.
