There appears to be an issue with activating the appointment details panel for users on Internet Explorer 11. This is impacting the ability to click on an appointment and use the appointment details panel to make updates to existing appointments. Our programming team are looking into this bug as a priority and we will update this article once the bug has been resolved. In the interim we would recommend using an alternate browser such as Google Chrome. If you do not have access to another browser you are able to update the appointment status and edit the invoice by right-clicking on the appointment and using that menu to select the change.
