Is there a Wait List Feature?

A waiting list feature is on our development list and is something that we will be looking into adding in the future.

There is a way to get around having a wait list in the interim and this is achieved by adding the wait listed clients in on a Sunday or at the start of the day, and turning off any SMS or email appointment reminders. Then when a time becomes available you can slide the clients appointment into the time slot and turn on reminders if necessary.

Alternatively you could create a Personal Appointment (at the top of the day for the diary, or on a Sunday) to keep a record of clients on the waiting list.
