Internal Errors

If you see the following message you have triggered an interal error:

 

This is not a typical error, as generally an error message will indicate an issue with the data that has been entered and will include steps for how to resolve the issue (ie incorrect phone number format has been entered in the mobile field).

If you generate an internal error, this indicates that something is not quite right with how the system is handling that action. 

All internal errors that are generated are submitted to our programming team for investigation.

If you receive an internal error please email us at support@powerdiary.com confirming your account name and details including the page you were on and what action triggered the error. This will assist our team with investigating the error.
