The new Client Portal was released in April and we're pleased to report it has been running smoothly now for almost five months.
Nearly all Power Diary users have now made the transition and this Sunday (2nd October, 2016)we'll be saying goodbye to the old Client Portal forever.
Here are some questions you might have..
What is going to happen on the 2nd October?
The old Client Portal will be switched off. If one of your Clients visits your old Client Portal they'll see a message advising them that your Client Portal has been updated and moved to a new address. They will also be able to click through to your new Client Portal.
How will this effect me?
If you've already moved to the new Client Portal you wont be effected at all, and there is nothing you need to do.
If you are still using the old Client Portal there are a few things you should do before Sunday:
To do this go to Setup > Products, Services and Packs and under the "Client Portal" column select the blue link next to each service to configure which diary provides which service (read more on this here)
Now go to Setup> Roster to configure the availability of each diary for your different locations (read more on this here)
What's been upgraded in the new Client Portal?
The new Client Portal allows more flexibility and control over areas such as clinician availability across different locations, and as well the ability to specify which diaries provide which services. The look of the client portal has also been revamped to be more user-friendly, and is now responsive to mobile devices.
If you'd like to see your own client portal go to Setup> Configuration> Client Portal and click on the new portal URL. Or feel free to have a look in our test account here.
