If your client portal is set up to allow new clients to register, you will now be able choose to be notififed if a new client registers through your client portal. This is a really helpful way of monitoring clients that register but may not follow through with the booking process to book an appointment. The notification setting can be found under Setup > Client Portal > Notifications > Under the heading 'When New Client Registered Notify'. You can opt to notify the diary contact (ie the provider), the client, or enter custom email addresses so have them notified too (which is typically used for admin email addresses).
You can set up a custom email template to be used for this notification in Tools > Communication > Templates > New Template.
